Ingredients
- 40g Nutriva Foods Lightly Salted Makhana, lightly crushed
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of mixed berries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method
Step 1
If using frozen berries, thaw for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Spoon yoghurt into a wide bowl. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 3
Scatter crushed Makhana over the yoghurt.
Step 4
Add berries, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Step 5
Eat immediately while the Makhana is still crunchy.
